An assistant that drafts structured reports from notes, photos, and job data — with the technician reviewing and approving every word — reduces reporting time without removing human judgment.
Pilot 2: Secure internal knowledge assistant. A chat assistant grounded exclusively in approved internal documents, with visible citations on every answer and a refusal policy when sources are missing. Runs on locally hosted models for sensitive content, so proprietary information never leaves your infrastructure.
